Bill Morrison Recognized at Provincial CFDC Conference

Community Futures Central Okanagan is pleased to announce that Bill Morrision was awarded Volunteer of the Year at the 2012 Annual Provincial Community Futures Conference recently held in Nelson BC. Bill is a valued member of the Community Futures Central Okanagan Loan Review Committee since 2005 and joined the Board of Directors in 2009. Bill plays an active leadership and advisor role at the Community Futures of Central Okanagan and represents the organization at the Economic Development Commission of Central Okanagan.

 

After a long career in Government, Bill Morrison planned, developed and now operates the Jammery. The Jammery houses a restaurant, a gift shop and their jam production facility is value-added agriculture at its best with local B.C. fruit as the main ingredient. Since opening in October of 2000, the Jammery has become an Okanagan favourite.
