Judy is a FCPA and FCMA who owns and operates JA Lloyd Management Services. With a exceptional background in small business accounting, Judy has provided solid entrepreneurial assessment, business plan development instruction and business counselling to the CFDCCO for over 30 years.

Jody Marshall is a LEAN certified business coach, with over 25 years of experience across many sectors. As a consultant and business coach, Jody works with a wide range of clients, from small start-ups to medium and large producers and chains. He is known for his ability to analyze and diagnose issues and opportunities, quickly and develop effective solutions that help his clients achieve their goals.
Jody’s approach is highly personalized and collaborative. He takes the time to understand his clients' unique challenges and opportunities and works closely with them to develop customized strategies that address their specific needs.
