Cheryl is a business advisor and facilitator for CFDCCO. She provides customized training and consulting services to Okanagan businesses and organizations that support business. Cheryl specializes in strategic planning and management practices and has worked with private enterprises, educational and not for profit organizations throughout the Okanagan Valley. Cheryl can assist businesses at all stages with any business planning, financing, training and counseling needs.
MJ Turton has been a CFDCCO team member since 1992, supporting the Self Employment Program, previous youth programs, and financing program. She currently teaches Financial Management, Bookkeeping, and the Finance Week of the BPDP, offering coaching and support related to startup costs, expenses, sales forecasting, cash flow forecasting. She also teaches the Opportunity Readiness workshop, offering coaching on viability testing, market research, opportunity assessment, and entrepreneurial assessment.

Judy has nearly 30 years of experience delivering workshops, and has over 30 years of experience as an accountant in a public practice working with individuals and businesses in all financial aspects.
Social Entrepreneur and athlete, Crystal Flaman’s personal mission in life is to make a difference in the world. She’s raised over 1.4 million dollars for various charities including the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, the Canadian Diabetes Association and Room To Read through her work and athletic endeavours.
Crystal is an 11 x Ironman finisher, a two-time 273km ultra-marathoner finisher and has cycled across Canada on the first tandem bike to cross the country with her twin sister. Crystal completed the second hardest footrace in the world - a 273km multi-day, self-supported, running race through the Utah desert and scaling mountains, carrying all of her food, clothing and supplies that she would need throughout the race. Through is adventure, Crystal raised almost $20,000 to help children be able to attend school with Room To Read. She has done this race twice!
Crystal Flaman is the past-owner of the Kelowna International Hostel & Sun Peaks International hostel, international travellers hostels in BC, Canada. She also owns Inspiring Success Services Inc., DIVA Retreats, Inspired Designs and is the creator of the Ripple Effect Movement and isthe author of The 90 Day Intentional Living Challenge and has recently written Be Fearlessly You ~ Simple Ideas To Live A Long, Healthy and Happy Life. She is also a contributing author for several books about leadership, philanthropy and personal development.
